Updating my review... it had been a few years since coming here. And I don't know why. It's amazing. They still offer crispy rice burritos if you ask nicely And now they offer pork belly??! Or maybe they always have and I just now noticed it. But either way, pork belly crispy rice burrito was delicious! And they now have (or always had??) chicken fingers. Perfectly crispy and delicious. Yeah, the service is still one of the friendliest in town. So happy we went again. We'll be back soon.

Excellent food and excellent service! My sister and I are gluten free and she is also allergic to pork. These guys had both gluten free options (with bowls and corn tortilla options, etc) and many different protein options. The pork belly is to die for, and the salsa are also amazing, they are both quite mild the tomatillo and roja. The seafood protein options are also delectable. It was a beautiful day for eating outside with the sun shining, good food and even better people helping us figure out what we should order to accommodate my sister and I!

I love that they have chimichangas (deep fried burritos) on their specials menu. Having roots in the Southwest US, this genuine SW food fills me up in more ways than one - I always get two meals out of one burrito. I call in my order and pick it up in 10-15 minutes. Super convenient and they always greet you with a smile.

I'd wait 30 minutes any night(not the norm, honestly first time in memory they didn't have me set in 10)! Thanks for the fantastic burritos, I've had every single vegetarian option and been impressed!

The food here has such a lasting impression on my tongue... that I can physiologically feel my body get excited to eat here as I walk toward the black and green food truck. If you're into a fusion of flavors that all fuse perfectly together - I highly recommend this place. The food, ambiance. and service are all consistently great.

Wow. I will be thinking of the Al pastor taco until the next time I come here. So good! Getting more than one next time 100%. Great service. All around great spot.

I visited this cart a ton while living in Selwood .. the food is oh so good I recommend the fried chicken but really everything is delicious and scrumptious

Have been patronizing The Meddling Lime since they first opened in 2018 - definitely the best food cart to ever occupy the Smile Pod, and so glad they've stuck around! The menu is huge for a food cart, but I rarely deviate from the street tacos. They are so good, it's hard to imagine ordering anything else! I've tried them all and every one of them is amazing, including the unique veggie options. My only bit of feedback - bring back the churros! Staff is super nice and the owner, Josh, is clearly deeply passionate about making amazing food. I have taken my family and friends here many times and never had a bad experience. (Picture is from when we drove into town just to get Meddling Lime and bring it back to our campsite).

First time being a patron to this food truck. Interesting menu with Mexican food influences and great reviews on their fried chicken. I ordered the crispy rice with fried chicken and the quesadilla for my girls. We go home, plated and dug in. The positive reviews on the fried chicken were no lie. Really good flavor, moist and crisp. The egg stayed a bit runny even after getting home. The rice, spices, cheese and Mexican influence was great! The quesadilla was also good. It wasn't fried and/or greasy which I appreciate since it was for my girls. The staff was friendly and helpful - we'll be back when craving fried chicken
